| College Farmhouse is a large Georgian farmhouse built about 1780, with contemporary interiors, giving flexibility for both traditional and modern photographic shoots. Conveniently located 2 minutes from the A1, Nottinghamshire and only 75 minutes by train from London. The house has traditional large Georgian sash windows facing west allowing an abundance of natural light to come flooding into the rooms. The house is decorated in neutral shades with accent colours of dark grey, chocolate and feature walls with panelled and timbered wallpapers. The large kitchen has hand-painted units, granite worktops, central island with hob, an Aga with glass splash back and stone flooring. The kitchen leads through double doors to a dining room which can be emptied if required to allow space for clients to stage their own furniture shoots. The House has 6 bedrooms, all decorated in a different style from French shabby chic to industrial loft style. There is a double garage which can be used as a preparation area or to store stock and equipment during shoots. 2 gardens are available, one includes a wildflower area, lawns, seating area and pretty blue shed while the other features a ‘faux door and patio’ outside shooting area. Catering We can provide onsite catering, be it 3 course meals, light snacks or all day drinks. We strive to make your shoot an enjoyable as well as productive experience. |
